July 6th I visited this establishment for the first time and I was amazed at the professionalism, the quality of service and care. Each worker demonstrated excellent service. They resolved issues that had been left unaddressed and explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with their service and i would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back and taking my other vehicles. Highly recommend.
The experience I received this time probably about a month ago if not lesser than that was totally a lot better than the last time I was there last year. I stopped going to the peach orchard road location last year because when I went in for the first time for an oil change because where I usually go was already booked up and I needed one ASAP, so when I arrived I had no problems whatsoever with my 2020 GMC Acadia,, but probably at least 2 days later if that long my truck started to run hot,, meaning there were damages caused by the employees that were there at the time that damaged the hoses to keep my car cool, to this day I have to constantly put water in my truck and can't drive it far even for family emergencies and can barely make it to my own appointments myself. The only reason I went back this year was because I needed air in my tire and was very very skeptical about doing that but the new team was incredible and I wished I knew what I know now from the advice they gave me within coming forward about the damage I'm still dealing with to this day and I have less than 120,000 miles on my truck.
Came in for an oil change, ended up leaving with a smile on my face. The technicians were very professional and showed great hustle. Service was quick and easy, and very affordable. Despite working in a hot service shop, they still worked hard to make sure i was well taken care of. If only i had some cold waters to give them to keep them going lol 5/5 Stars, zero complaints from me, definitly gonna come back for future service 💯
