I was a service advisor for 8 years and have a certain taste when it comes to the service for my vehicles. I stopped by here and immediately loved the staff. They are all good country boys that explain everything in detail even when you don’t expect it. Loved how at home they made me feel while I sat there in my car. The members that helped me were the following ( Zack, James, Tan, Kyle). One of these gentleman impressed me because nobody in this line of work feels comfortable with a damaged vehicle and he took the initiative to make sure the hood was secured and tied down better than it ever has before. I will be back every time I need service. Thank you guys and I hope this review brings the acknowledgment you all deserve
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! They noticed that my coolant wasn’t the right color and took the time to flush it and get everything taken care of for me. I really appreciated their attention to detail and making sure my vehicle was properly serviced. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I definitely recommend Take 5 for their excellent customer service and thorough work!
Went for an oil change, they also checked all my fluids and air filter. Also ended up doing a coolant flush since one had never been done and it was low. Very quick, the tech explained everything to me, they weren't pushy, and very friendly! Awesome job and will be going back!
