It was my first time at Take 5 in my new car and I will definitely be back!! Israel, James and an older gentleman were very informative and answered all of my questions! They were even patient when a piece of my car was being pesky. I didn’t feel like they tried to upsale or pressure me into buying anything I didn’t actually need. It was quick and efficient! 10/10 ❤️
I absolutely would come here again. Everyone there was extremely kind and patient with me. The manager was the one who was mainly helping me. I told him his staff as well as him were wonderful. They explained everything they were doing and ensured I understood what was being done as well as being honest with me and not trying to upsell me. I recommend this place and will be here again.
Wanted to say I’ve been to 6+ Take 5’s, but this one is my go to because of Brian. He kept it chill and didn’t try to upsell me anything, but got me what I asked and showed me the status of my vehicle. I spent more money solely because he didn’t pressure me into any services, just asked if I’d like them. Pretty nice guy all around.
