The beauty of their setup and their system is you're right there in the car while everyone's working on yours and you can see and know what everyone's doing, because there's an orchestrator today, my my orchestrator's name was Vidal and he was very, very professional. And he made sure that everything was checked on my vehicle. My differential was very low of oil, and I did not know that and could have ruined my gears. And he was on it, and I went ahead and got it done today for only the $100. These guys check everything, even the stuff they don't service. They check the fluid levels, highly recommend them. They were great.

What stood out most was how well everyone communicated with each other and how much they seemed to care about doing quality work while still moving quickly. The service was honest, organized, and customer-focused. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed with attention to detail, but this team did exactly that. They checked everything thoroughly and made the visit feel easy from start to finish. Not only was my experience exemplary, I observed and overheard the same level of service provided to others. I highly recommend Take 5.
