Yesterday I visited this place and immediately upon arrival Elijah greeted me with a water bottle and guided me in for exceptional service. Not only were they quick but Chris and Elijah were very informative. I love the fact that I left there without feeling like I had been ripped off! They took the time to go over my Tahoe’s status updates and explain everything to me. It’s refreshing to walk away feeling informed, confident, and comfortable with the service you received! 👏🏽 I even got a coupon on top of all of this! Thank you Chris and Elijah!
The service was good. The guys were very kind. Nice answered any in all my questions. The only thing that I did not like but it had nothing to do with the workers or the work they performed was the phone service. Because when I tried to call it, just would ring one time. And then give me the automated service to leave a review on how the customers. I mean, how my customer service was, but I did not even get to talk to anyone. That is the only complaint I had other than that. It's a nice place. Good quality and very friendly people definitely would recommend anyone to go there
The guys at take five made my oil change actually an enjoyable experience. I’ve always taken my truck there, And sincerely appreciate the time they spend to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. Being pregnant, The free bottle of water they gave me was much needed :) I really like the guys that work on my truck at take 5! :) thank you
