I had to pull over to write this review. I just left Take 5 Oil Change and had an outstanding experience thanks to Wizz. From the moment I arrived, he provided top-tier customer service, professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure, which I really appreciated. What stood out even more was his demeanor offering me water and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. As someone who works in sales, I can recognize great people skills when I see them, and Wizz absolutely has it. Any company would be lucky to have someone with his level of professionalism and grace. You can tell he was raised right. Hats off to you, Wizz—keep doing your thing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This morning was my first real disappointment with this establishment. I know posted business hours are 7am but I've noticed several mornings thw doors are up at least at 6:45 when i pass by heading to work so i stopped by this morning only to be told i needed to wait a few minutes, which at this point would have been over 10 minutes til 7, and all i needed was air i. My tire. If you aren't going to service customers then don't look like you are open. I'm happy that I'm able to get my tires aired up for free but I'm not sure I understand having 5-6 employees available and 3 cars in the bays and I still had to wait 10 minutes in the bay for service.
These guys were awesome!!! Fast service. No unnecessary upsells…just what I needed. They were professional…when listening to their personal conversations, they kept their verbiage clean/no vulgar language. When needing to opened door, they announced the motion and requested approval. DEX was amazing!! I will be back! Highly recommend!!
