Jose and Gio provided outstanding customer service at Take 5! They were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They checked and filled my tire air pressure, completed my oil service quickly, and made sure everything was done right while explaining the process along the way. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail really stood out. It’s hard to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, and Jose and Gio definitely do. Thank you both for making the experience fast, easy, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this Take 5 location to others!
It was quick and I'm very happy they had my odd oil 0W-16... final cost was 120 bucks with the filter after tax. Just in Oil plus filter the cost would get close to 60 bucks + tax. You are paying around 50 bucks for a well done quick service that would take you 1h to do by yourself considering the time to set up stuff and get rid of the old oil. I'll comeback in 5k miles and use for both my vehicles from now on. Location is great, not much wait. Each car takes close to 10 mins so if you have one car in front of you, you will be the next within 10 mins. I trust more than the dealerships, they are not annoying and have fair prices. Only recommendation is a better windshield sticker because they give one with the 3k miles instead of 5k. It feels like they are trying to make you come back earlier, feels like a dealership move. I bought some stickers on amazon and I just replace. Their explanation is " is to remind you that we can top off for the next 3k miles". No bueno.
I just want to recognize Christian and Jose for what they did today. There was a SUV stuck in the median outside of the shop. They both ran over to help push the car into the street and out of harms way. That's what life is about, just helping out one another and they did a great job of that today!
