I recently visited Take 5 for a tire pressure check. This is where I encountered two of the most knowledgeable and customer service oriented technicians I've come across in a long time. Christopher and Shye were the kind of guys you want and trust to perform maintenance on your vehicle. They really took pride in their craft and just genuinely cared about me as their customer. They even provided other services that I wasn't even aware of that were standard for my vehicle. I'll be taking my business to this location going forward. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work!!
. Friendly, fun. This morning I had the smell of burning oil so I stopped and opened my hood. Oil all over the top of the engine. Spilled while being filled I suppose. They filled my window fluid from about 18” away and joked that this was the easiest job in the world. The oil was extracted instead of dumped. The oil change that I thought wouldn’t take up much of my time took up a lot of time. I may not be back
Dylan, Shye, and Cristopher were friendly, professional, and very courteous from start to finish. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They explained what my vehicle needed and, just as importantly, what it didn’t need. All three were knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They genuinely care about their customers and provide outstanding service. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for honest, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
