So when you go into these places you expect to get up so like crazy. I’m usually prepared to say, “just change the oil please. No to everything else you’re gonna suggest. “. These guys are different. I went in for an oil change, and the young man noted that my last service included high mileage oil and was good for more miles than I had realized. He told me I had another 3000 miles and he would top me off. He did not realize this, but I also knew I needed wiper blades so I had him go ahead and replace those. I wanted to give him the business rather than do it myself. And that kind of honesty will bring you back again and again.
"Overall, it was a great experience. The team worked efficiently, was very knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done, and provided excellent customer service. The visit was informative, affordable, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire staff for your professionalism and friendly service!"
I have used this service twice. I went to the branch located on Thomasville Rd in north Tallahassee Fl. I was treated with courtesy and kindness. The service representative explained clearly what was needed and what was being done I felt the workers were efficient and knowledgeable. Did I overpay? All I know is that it was worth every penny to get this work done quickly and conveniently
