TJ and Alex we so attentive from the moment I pulled in to the money I pulled out. They kept me informed of all of the procedures as the took care of my car and even went back and fixed a problem because the notice my oil had been over filled a bit. They took the time to do their best and they gave great customer service. I have been going to a different local closer to my house, but from now on, I’m driving the extra miles to visit this store because of TJ and Alex. Simply the best! Sincerely, Dr. Robin Krause
Visited this great store today for a pre-trip safety check and was told that the car needed a coolant exchange. This was promptly and efficiently done but it later turned out that a computer error had given an incorrect maintenance history. This meant that the coolant job had been unnecessary. However, on returning to the store, this issue was promptly and courteously solved in no time by Alex and Brandon, with an immediate refund issued. I have always received outstanding service at this location and will continue as a very satisfied customer there. Thoroughly recommended.
I had a very good experience at the Take 5 on Lafayette and Magnolia in Tallahassee. My car had alerted me that I needed maintenance. I assumed it was referring to a needed oil change. An honest mechanic named Alex checked my record in the computer and saw that I had 2000 more miles before I needed an oil change. He checked my oil and other important things, including the air in my tires. I very much appreciate his honesty and plan to return to that Take 5 when I do need an oil change.
