I had such a wonderful experience at Take 5 today! I stopped in because I thought I needed an oil change, but it turned out I didn’t. Treco, Chad, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful. They took the time to check all of my fluid levels, made sure everything looked good, and never tried to sell me a service I didn’t actually need. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely puts the customer first. I’ll definitely be back when I do need my next oil change. Thanks guys!
I guess the option to stay in the car is ok but since I'm in FL, staying in the car is a hard no. Some may think its cooler to stay in the car than it is to stand outside but I disagree. I did have to stay off the red floor and I completely understand why. Safety reason. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. One of the best things about the experience was when I first pulled up, the attendant walked over to the car with an ice cold bottle of water. Which was not expected but very much appreciated. I will definitely be back again with not just this car but my other vehicle as well. They did an outstanding job in great timing. Love this location and the workers!!!!
Exceptional service! Jordan greeted me with a cold bottle of water immediately upon arrival. Once I pulled into the bay I shut my engine off to minimize the heat in the garage, it’s Florida & it’s HOT! Treco came over & told me to start the engine & AC back up because he wanted me to stay cool while I waited. He advised me of what I needed and didn’t. Oil change was super fast! Both guys were very professional. I really hope they get nice Christmas bonuses!
