I had an excellent experience at this location! From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and professional. They even offered me water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. Joseph, the store manager, provided outstanding customer service. He was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Jamar and Brandon also did an excellent job with my oil change. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and treated my car with great care. The entire experience was top-notch. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the whole team. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service. Thank you, Joseph, Jamar, and Brandon! I will definitely come back here from Kissimmee just because the way they treat me!! You are the best!!!!
Wow! What an amazing experience! Firstly, I was greeted with a warm smile and cold bottled water. All the technicians were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technician took the time to explain exactly why my car needed coolant and how much longer I could go before it could potentially be harmful to my engine. Joseph was exceptional, he’s the store manager and his customer service was above and beyond. I’m absolutely blow away with the efficiency and friendliness of this staff. Thank you!
Joey at the take 5:in St Augustine was awesome. He was very kind and explained everything they were doing and how much it was going to cost. They replaced my windshield wipers as well which needed it bad. This is the second time I have gone to this take 5 and I'm very glad that it's right down the road from my house. Thanks again Joey and his crew.
