Wow! What an amazing experience! Firstly, I was greeted with a warm smile and cold bottled water. All the technicians were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The technician took the time to explain exactly why my car needed coolant and how much longer I could go before it could potentially be harmful to my engine. Joseph was exceptional, he’s the store manager and his customer service was above and beyond. I’m absolutely blow away with the efficiency and friendliness of this staff. Thank you!
Joey at the take 5:in St Augustine was awesome. He was very kind and explained everything they were doing and how much it was going to cost. They replaced my windshield wipers as well which needed it bad. This is the second time I have gone to this take 5 and I'm very glad that it's right down the road from my house. Thanks again Joey and his crew.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The employees were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The service was fast, but they still took the time to make sure everything was done right. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond—my glove box had been falling off, and without hesitation, they fixed it for me. That level of care and attention is rare these days and truly appreciated. Overall, excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
