The Techs and Svc was impeccable. I took my vehicle in for a full synthetic oil change. They were very kind and courteous. As well as, very knowledgeable about the issues with my vehicle. The first thing they did was offer me a bottle watered, such hospitality they have. Then they checked everything, made sure all fluids were topped off, made sure my tire pressure was put to its correct psi, cleaned my windows and gave me very good advice regarding my transmission. And, they didn't try to sell me items or Svcs that i really didn't need. I really appreciated that with the economy these days. I will always take my vehicle to the Take 5 Oil Change Garage on the corner of County Line Rd and Shady Hills in Spring Hill. Thanks fellas for being so kind to me.
What a great experience! They bring you a cold water while you wait, they talk you through what they are doing and do not try to sell you something you don’t need. My husband and I had just bought a used vehicle and they checked the air filter and cabin filter for us. Showed them to us and said they are like brand new and don’t need to be replaced right now. Devon was in charge that day but Michael and another young man(sorry, I don’t remember the name) did the oil change and was so kind and helpful!I highly recommend them on County Line and Shady Hills!
We went there on Sunday as we always go to take five right here on county line and Mariner only this time we had a 25% discount the guys were really great they were really fast they were really nice and it was under $100 to change our oil filter oil and they topped off all our fluids also found out that if we go in there they all check our stuff and top us off for free if we come in before our next oil change it was actually a great experience this time and we were really pleased
