Excellent experience! I came in for an oil change and was very impressed with the service. Malik and Gabe were thorough, professional, and took the time to check my vehicle properly. They noticed that I was due for a coolant flush and, rather than simply recommending it, they SHOWED ME why it was needed. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency and for applying coupons to defer the expense. It’s refreshing to find a shop that takes the time to explain what your car needs without making you feel pressured. Great customer service, quality work, and I felt confident knowing my vehicle was properly taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Just bought this car back in March from Bozard Ford. Time for its first oil change in my possession and I usually do them myself. Unfortunately the oil filter housing was on WAY too tight, Felt like it was torqued on. Took it to Take 5 where ETHAN and the rest of his team were able to get it off for me. Definitely recommend looking for Ethan when you pull up to their service bays. If I ever need a service from them again, its definitely gonna be when Ethan is on the clock!!
Highly recommend!!! My dashboard oil information said.. " oil change required "... We only had 2,000 driven miles since last change. The young staff.... advised me, I had a synthetic Oil that allows up to 4-5,000 miles before needing change. We don't drive " EDGE " that often... Filter's we're all good and everything else.. Were thankful for their honesty and not doing the change .... when not required.. "We will be back.". Thanks Guy's..... At. " Take 5 Oil Change" !
