I went to get an oil change a few weeks ago and had such a pleasant experience at this location. Every single interaction I had with the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am new to the neighborhood and was unsure where to take my car, but I am so glad I came here. My receipt said the staff that helped me were Gadiel (Hood & Pit), Derek (Safety), Justyn (Mod & Svc Writer) - they were all incredible!! Thank you and will be back for all my future oil changes!
The employees were top of the line. Because of them, you have a customer as long as they are there. Ivonn gave me an ice water before I even drove inside. These guys will tell you the truth even if you don’t need an oil change, which happened to me before. They are gentlemen and kind. Thank you for hiring people that care.
Got my oil changed here and the number one thing that stood out to me was the staff that was working in this location, some of the friendliest guys I’ve ever seen at this place. I didn’t feel rushed they even checked the air on my tires, which I don’t think anybody’s ever done at any oil change place. Definitely felt facilities people cared, and we’re not just pushing me through like another number..
