06/16/26 Update: Went today for an O/C was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a smile. Norm did the O/C and inspected all the fluids. Told me the coolent needed a flush as it was 30k miles past due. I told him I would like to take it to the dealer. Norm explained the cost difference and the fact that he will report to Car-Fax. I said go ahead. He showed me every step what he was doing. He showed me the old and new fluids. This has never happened at the dealership. I am 100% confident of the work done at Take 5. I can not say the same for the dealership. Thank you Norm and Take 5. I will see you again ------------------ Zach did a great job of helping me understand the situation I was having with my car. I believe he saved me an expensive trip to the dealer. The cars issue has gone away and is driving really well again! Thank you Zach, you were patient, kind and knowledgeable!
I went in with a New used vehicle I had purchased that did not have a change in two years. The gentleman that greeted me Tyler was fine! Sure we can go It!! They all worked very Hard I was there Over an hour since all the bolts were very Tight and it had been a few years! 5 stars to Tyler he was determined to get it done very Impressed with the customer service 💯💯💯💯 Let me Update this review today’s visit 4/22/26 did not go well very surprised since coming here many years. Took another vehicle before me Outside sitting 15 minutes finally took us in 10 minutes in the car no one approached us the tech had previous customer outside talking with her the whole time while the three others never approached us . I simply left very amazed always been good situation here guess I will move on with my Two vehicles One Star ⭐️
This is the best take 5 in the area, Zach was so sweet! He even showed us how to reset our maintenance light :) and that we left the rubber caps on our wipers and that’s why they weren’t working well haha! Ethan was our tech and was so attentive, he didn’t try to push us to change all our filters like other places, he took them all out and explained that it would be best to change them next time we come in and we’ll definitely be back :) 10/10
