Very good experience. My 1st to "Take 5". I usually go to the dealer which usually involves dropping the vehicle off and getting a ride to pick it up. "Take 5" required me to stay in vehicle and the whole service including replacing the wipers The oil change had a discount of 25% for veterans. Overall the service took about 35-40 minutes. Gave me a chance to drink a bottle of water and check my emails and messages I will definitely use this service in the future.
06/16/26 Update: Went today for an O/C was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a smile. Norm did the O/C and inspected all the fluids. Told me the coolent needed a flush as it was 30k miles past due. I told him I would like to take it to the dealer. Norm explained the cost difference and the fact that he will report to Car-Fax. I said go ahead. He showed me every step what he was doing. He showed me the old and new fluids. This has never happened at the dealership. I am 100% confident of the work done at Take 5. I can not say the same for the dealership. Thank you Norm and Take 5. I will see you again ------------------ Zach did a great job of helping me understand the situation I was having with my car. I believe he saved me an expensive trip to the dealer. The cars issue has gone away and is driving really well again! Thank you Zach, you were patient, kind and knowledgeable!
Great people w minimum sales pitches of unwanted things and the two guys running it the day I was there were nothing short of awesome. With three bays full and two more waiting these two(only ones working) hustled and kept their composure w great customer service and quick service. Much appreciated.
