I had a great experience at Take 5! The service was timely, professional, and stress-free. Jon, the manager, was my guy, and his assistant was also great! They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and what was best for me without making me feel pressured into purchasing anything extra. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and customer service. It’s refreshing to have people who genuinely care about helping you make the best decision for your vehicle. I’ll definitely be back!
My experience here is never not a fantastic one. This morning was no exception! Jon and the rest of the staff are fantastic (he even stood there and listen to my ramblings for longer than he should! 😁)! They were quick, personable, never tried to hustle me or up charge me to death! Told/showed me what I needed, and was on my way! I expectations are exceeded with every visit, Fantastic customer service! I know you’re probably saying “that’s what they’re supposed to do! But I’m telling you a priority in customer service is rare, and I’m glad to see it’s still a priority in some company’s. Good work Jon and Derick!
Kris was phenomenal. He offered things that may need attention, but he never pressured me. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and I felt very confident that the next time I need a quick oil change this is where I’m gonna come. The whole staff besides him was very good from start to finish. i’m reviewing them once again when I went in I thought I needed an oil change, I had forgotten. I got the premium the time before. They were very honest and told me I had another 4000 miles. They topped off my fluids and off I went.! I would go back to them every single time give them five stars again! I’d give them 10 stars if I could this is an awesome take five location!
