As a young woman, going to places like this is always nerve racking because you’re always treated like you know nothing. This location along with technicians Hayden and Curtis went very smoothly. Last oil change I went to a venice location and was trying to get sold many things i knew i didn’t need because my grandfather had been a mechanic my whole life along with the person I was in a relationship with. They tried to charge me $300 no receipt AND gave me a sticker to come back in 3 months or 300 miles. Hayden and Curtis quite literally got me in and out in 5 minutes. I won’t lie, i’m not too positive they checked all they said they did because i know for a fact I can use some new windshield wipers and a tire fill up but hey i’d rather see that happen then be made to feel like a shitty car owner for declining certain services. I’m glad i tried this location and gave take 5 another shot.
I stopped in for a needed oil change on my way to a very important matter, pressed for time…the two young men were most gracious, and were all over the car like raccoons on a trash can. In and out in 15 minutes. I didn’t have to get out of the car, the guys got me a bottle of cold water, and got me out of there and on my way in a flash
The two young men that were working at 8 o’clock this morning on October 5 were very good & very helpful. they were kind and they were professional. I did try to go this past Saturday at around 11 AM and it was just way too busy and I couldn’t wait. Thank you to the 2 young man who did my oil change this morning for me
