Jesus and Damian were really helpful both good energy, nice, funny, easy going, and patient, they didn’t rush to get things done, they were very efficient, they also checked everything out for me, they were really quick to, good personalities, easy to talk to and ask questions, it was overall and easy, quick, flowing experience, I feel like they really just took care of me which is nice especially being a female looking for a decent spot to do service on a car, here felt good to go to, definitely recommend coming here, these men also deserve a raise!! Not only did I come here to get my car serviced but I also learned some things about cars as well! :)
The service was great. Took a bit longer than expected due to having to get a filter that wasn't in stock. However, I appreciated that I didn't have to wait days for the part. I live in Texas and I needed the oil change so I stopped someplace I trusted and was not disappointed. I was given water while I waited and the guys checked on me periodically to make sure I was good. I just wish there was a restroom available but other than that, it was a good experience.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Jesus provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was fast, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. Jesus made the whole experience easy, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location, and if you get the chance, ask for Jesus!
