Holy crap, that was seriously the friendliest and best customer service and experience I've had in forever (and they also actually TOP OFF your fluids, unlike almost everywhere else). Michael and Turner were incredibly helpful and provided a wealth of information in addition to excellent service (as did everyone--seriously good vibes from the entire crew, and a million extra points to the guy who called me 'Miss' not 'ma'am'). I will definitely come back the next time I need anything that they do, and this is the place I will recommend anyone who asks for suggestions on an oil change location. In the words of my kiddo who is in the car with me, "I wish we could give them 10 stars!"

I had an awesome experience at Take 5 Oil Change, all thanks to Sky. From the moment I pulled up, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Sky made the whole process quick and stress-free, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customers. The service was fast, efficient, and done right the first time. It’s not often you come across someone who stands out like that in customer service. If you’re going to Take 5, ask for Sky—you won’t be disappointed. That said, I do have to mention a serious issue I witnessed. Another employee, Scott, behaved in a completely unprofessional manner by confronting and threatening Sky right in front of me. It created an uncomfortable and tense environment, which is not something any customer should have to experience. Situations like that should be handled privately and respectfully, not out on the floor. I hope management addresses this, because Sky’s service was truly 5-star, but that kind of behavior from other staff brings the overall experience down.
