Cambio de aceite en Melbourne, FL en 3065 W New Haven Ave..

Although the wait was longer than expected the 2 young men ( I believe an Asst. Manager and a tech kept frequent tabs on my welfare explained and made sure i understood why there was the delay. While waiting on service the customer in the next bay was obviously having a bad day, was complaining about everything and at one point tried to leave the bay before the boys were done working on his vehicle. This put the young man in the pit in an almost tragic situation and then almost hit the other tech as he sped out of the bay. Despite being extremely rattled by the events o1f both being injured both young men stayed extremely polite and continued to put customer service first. Definitely recommend and I will return in the future.

Take five oil change locations are the only place I just to do my oil changes every other place. I’ve gone to either over tightened the oil filter or doesn’t tighten it enough, and I have oil blown all the bottom of my vehicle. I swear by these people they always double check their work and if I ask them just to triple check because I am paranoid. They don’t give me any stink about it. They do it. They also always top off my fluids and check the air in my tires. The boys at this location were younger, but still maintain a level of professionalism within the automotive field that I haven’t seen by younger folks in a long time, it was refreshing to know that my car was gonna be in good hands.

I purchased my 2025 Buick used this past Feb, it only had 14,000 miles on it so it was basically new. Since I reached the oil change mileage mark sooner than expected, I chose to take my car to Take 5 to get the oil done ASAP as opposed to make an appointment with maintenance dept at my dealership… then wait for my scheduled date. Dwayne was my tech, and he was an absolute rockstar - he explained to me that I was completely out of coolant, which could have really ended badly had I not gone in when I did. He took a photo to show me so that I understood exactly what he was talking about, and he topped off my coolant just enough to get me through a week, giving me the opportunity to get into my dealership. I recently moved to Melbourne, FL from Clearwater, FL - I’ve always had great experiences with Take 5 - and this occasion was another one to add to the “Awesome” file - Dwayne was genuinely concerned for my safety, super compassionate, and extremely thorough in making sure I understood exactly what was happening (what could potentially be happening) with my car - I believe his words to me were “Now, I do not want to pass by a lady in a white Buick broken down on the side of the road…” Let Dwayne know that this morning (the day after) I had my car serviced by the dealership and I am officially A-OK with my oil, my interior air filter, and now my coolant :). Thank you x 1,000,000 Take 5 for staying consistently great with your staff & your service - Big love to all of you! Especially my new friend Dwayne!
