I had a great experience at the Take 5 Oil Change in Lehigh Acres. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easygoing. I was greeted right away and even offered a bottle of water, which was a great touch. The shop manager, Kyle, was especially helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything about my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. They went over all the fluids and maintenance items thoroughly, and I actually learned about some fluids I didn’t even know existed! What I appreciated most was that they didn’t pressure me into buying anything. They explained what they checked, answered all my questions, and let me make my own decisions. The communication throughout the entire visit was excellent, and I felt like they genuinely cared about taking care of my vehicle. Despite how thorough they were, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The service was fast without feeling rushed or careless. Overall, Kyle and the entire staff were professional, friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m definitely going back to this location and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, honest, and stress-free oil change. 5 stars without a doubt!
Got the service on my mercedes done here and they were great. Normally nobody touches my car but me. The staff was polite and friendly. They even reset the maintenance reminder on my car. Normally nobody knows how to do it. 10/10 will be back.
Jesus, Kyle, Souleye, Ron, Lilton, are amazing at the new Take 5 oil change on 82 and meadows. They have grand opening deals as well. My new Favorite oil place in Lehigh!!! Thanks guys
