Take 5 service is quick and simple reliable. I waited a long time to get my oil changed, which I shouldn’t have done due to working two jobs. However, the gentleman (in the photo on the right) who gave recommendations was very exceptional. He let me know the best ways to maintain my vehicle and he gained a customer. The store is located in convenient area near my home and the conversation between me and the Gentleman was very real so I appreciate that sometimes it’s more than Service that goals a long way it’s the small conversation that help you through your day. Thank you for the excellent service; you have a forever customer.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Take 5 thanks to Souleye, Ronald, Kyle, and Lilton! From the moment I pulled up, they made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. They immediately offered me water and told me, “We’re going to take care of you.” That simple gesture meant so much to me. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire experience. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Souleye, Ronald, Kyle, and Lilton thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so pleasant. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service you provided. Take 5 is lucky to have such a great team! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service.
WOW! What an incredible experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the energy, atmosphere, and entire crew were absolutely AMAZING! You can tell these folks genuinely enjoy what they do, and that positive energy is contagious! I had my golden retriever with me, and they even had treats for her! 🐶❤️ That little gesture speaks volumes about the kind of people working here. It’s not just about getting your oil changed — it’s about being treated like family. The crew was friendly, welcoming, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to be around. I’ve been to plenty of oil change places, but I’ve NEVER experienced a vibe quite like this! I’m telling you right now, this place has the BEST VIBE in all of Southwest Florida! Don’t just take my word for it — stop by and experience it for yourself. You’ll know exactly what I’m talking about! Huge shout-out to the entire crew! You guys absolutely ROCK! You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I’ll be recommending this location to everyone I know! TAKE 5, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU’RE DOING! YOU GUYS NAILED IT! 🔥👏🐾
