I originally went to this location planning to have an oil change done because my oil light had been coming on repeatedly less than one week after purchasing the car from one of their coprorate clients named ByRider. We then realized that Byrider was supposed to reimburse me for that service and I was to pay upfront, so I decided to add the oil myself instead. Unfortunately, I had also lost the oil cap, and when I returned to ask for help, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They were helpful, patient, and took the time to help me resolve the problem even though I wasn't actually having the oil change done there. I really appreciated the customer service and willingness to help. Great experience, and I would definitely recommend them based on how they treated me.
Very courteous technicians. They do a great job of checking everything on your car and giving you peace of mind. Having the correct oil and changing it often is the foundation of a good running car. They also checked my air filter so that my car would be in optimum performance. They don't push anything on you and it's not a hard sell place. Just the other day I realized that I was low on power steering fluid. I went straight to take five and they added the fluid i needed NO CHARGE. They also filled the overflow of my radiator. Great place to do business.
Been a loyal patron of Jiffy Lube for 45 years, non-stop. Lately, at least around this area, JL has lost its ability to focus on customers like they used to. So I tried these guys today. Overall price and time spent was relatively the same. But... I was greeted by Xio who was super nice and gave me a nice cold bottle of water. The team, including Dilon and Xio, called you by name, gave zero pressure to buy anything extra (seems to be a JL-related feature that keeps getting worse), and you sit in your car as opposed to waiting in a lobby. For some people, who have trust issues from previous experiences, this is a nice feature because you are watching them up close the entire time. Take 5 does not vacuum or wash windows (at least they didn't offer), but that's pretty much a crap shoot with JL also - very inconsistent. Overall a great experience - we will be returning to this location.
