Look, I drive around Jacksonville like a maniac trying to capture live events, and the absolute last thing I need is my car giving up on me mid-chase. Enter the crew at Take 5. These techs don't just change my oil; they basically function as my pit crew. They get me in, treat my car like a precision machine, and get me right back on the road before I can even finish checking my emails. Thanks to them, I have zero anxiety about breaking down on the way to a shoot. My vehicle stays running strong because these guys actually care. If you want fast, honest service from people who respect your time, this is the spot. Peace of mind achieved! 🚗💨
I was honestly a bit hesitant to come here at first because I’ve heard quite a few horror stories from other people about terrible service at Take 5. But I am so glad I didn't listen, because my experience has been the exact opposite! I’ve been here several different times now and have worked with a bunch of different employees, and every single one of them has given me super cold water followed by absolutely amazing service. The standout by far, though, is Jewel. She has been an absolute breath of fresh air. I drive an older vehicle, and instead of just rushing me through or trying to aggressively upsell me, Jewel took the time to actually educate me on the health of my car. She walked me through exactly what services would help prolong its life, which I appreciate so much. The location is super easy and convenient to get in and out of, and I always drive away feeling confident about my choice. Don't always believe the negative hype this team, especially Jewel, is doing a fantastic job!
I am truly blown away by this place! A friend told me how hassle-free their truck service was, so I brought my vehicle in the next day ahead of the harsh cold weather. The crew here is amazing and the service completely surpassed my expectations. Think about this...I do professional content creation for the area and would love to partner up to help spread the word about your business! Let me know if you'd be open to a content barter. Appreciate the great work! 👊"
