Charles, Syida and Harold went above and beyond. Charles definitely prioritizes customer satisfaction. I have never had any other oil change place offer to check my cabin filter, I didn't even know it was something that had to be checked. Charles explained it might be because my air filter requires a specific tool or bit to get out a specific screw and he had thought ahead and ordered the part to avoid this problem and was able to change it out easy. Noticable difference in my car, thank you so much.
I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t wait long. The gentlemen and lady, in the bay, were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about your vehicle and didn’t push to sell me anything. They replaced my air filters after showing me how dirty they were. My over experience was so good that I brought another car in for service the next day! I will always come back to this location! This is my new favorite place for my oil changes!
Varis and Charles were outstanding very friendly people definitely got me set up with everything I needed and made feel like they actually cared and I wasn’t getting scammed! Would definitely recommend them and the company up there was amazing all the guys were friendly and talking to us did it fast less than 10 minutes! Go see them!
