I just want to thank Jesse and his crew for being so thorough and polite and going above and beyond on their service today. They were getting slammed and they held up under the pressure. It’s so refreshing to have great customer service even when it’s 90° out and there’s a line of cars. I appreciate you guys keep up the good work. PS thanks for the bottle of water!
I had an awesome experience at Take 5! I pulled in. They gave me a cold water straight away. I had never been to this company before and the gentleman explained all the different details of the options for an oil change. Gave me a link for a coupon code, all along the way, the two or three attendees were very polite and very thorough. I will definitely be going there again in the future.
Are you kidding me? Why didn't I know about Take 5 Oil change years ago?? The best service ever!!!! I did have to wait a bit cause there's no appointment needed and their service (I am talking specifically at the 450 E. Eau Gallie, Satellite Beach F.) is well known. I loved the fact that the manager and assistant manager are getting their hands dirty and not just pointing fingers and with their arms crossed. The manager was super friendly and allowed ME to make my own decisions and not trying to sell me crap I didn't not need. Free emergency service check up, fill all your fluids"free" up to 2 qtrs, greed you with a bottle of water, do a diagnostic, and fill up the tires. I can go on, and on. My first time at this business and will be a devoted customer. Oh yeah, military and veterans friendly with a 25% off.
