Very quick & convenient service. The staff are really friendly & so sincere. They always offer very cold bottled water as soon as you pull up. They immediately have you pull in to the shop. As they work, they call out their actions & a 2nd person verifies everything the 1st person does. They also give a 25% military discount which makes them able to provide the best price around. They also are open 11 hours each day so it’s easy to find a time to go in. I go there after I get off work every time I need service for my 2 vehicles ( one car & one truck). There’s no delay in getting in, things are handled & done. Never any extra fees or have never seen any scare tactics by this company (of things that could go wrong if they don’t do every service available) like previous places have tried in the past. I have used the same place for many years now because they do seem to have the best service & are 100% trustworthy.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 today. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. They were courteous, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process quick and easy. What really stood out to me was the difference in service compared to my experience earlier in the evening at Walmart. I was turned away there because they said they did not have the oil filter needed for my 2019 Mustang EcoBoost and could not offer any alternative options. Frustrated, I decided to give Take 5 a try instead. I’m glad I did. The team at Take 5 exceeded my expectations. They got me taken care of quickly, treated me with respect, and made me feel like they truly valued my business. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, this crew absolutely delivered. I left impressed and grateful, and they have earned my future business. Highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for fast, professional, and exceptional service.
Went to Take 5 on Gulf Breeze Pkwy yesterday afternoon 6/30/2026, and the young men there were absolutely amazing, we were getting ready for a long trip so had an oil change on both our car and truck, and they were very professional, kept us informed about everything they were doing and the cost and it was all done to perfection! Highly recommend this business! Please buy them more fans because it was so hot!!!!!
