Excellent service. I was there on 10/23 and my car battery actually gave out in the line. I think his name was William, and appeared to be the crew leader in charge, he jumped my car and got me back in line without missing a beat. The shop was very busy at this time as it was after 5pm on a Friday. When my car was inspected and given my chosen oil, the tech checked my car's service records with the manufacturer maintenance schedule and noted that I was overdue for a coolant flush. After hearing the cost it sounded similar to what I would have paid elsewhere and they were able to discount the service since I was adding it on to an oil change, along with the 15.00 off the oil change coupon (which I seem to be able to get from the corporate website each time I'm due for a change). This is my first time at this particular location and since it's close to my current job, I will definitely return.
Thanks to Kassan, Robert, and the two mechanics who changed my oil and made my experience the most genuine, unique, and enjoyable oil change experience, EVER!!! From the 25% off coupon for being a first time customer, to the ice cold water bottles given to me upon arrival AND departure, to the polite, educated, and respectful workers, THANK YOU! I will be sending everyone I know! And I’ll see you soon for a quick oil and fluid top off! Did I mention they washed my windshield upon exiting? Ahhhhhh…
Devin was so sweet, helpful and professional💛. He explained the difference between my filters and what their purpose was. He even checked a few things that I had concerns about since it had been so long since my last professional oil change. I love the atmosphere there. They all are so nice, helpful and always offering crispy cold water as a courtesy in this heat.. I love that. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here. Thank yall so much🫶🏿
