Where do I start. As soon as I pulled up, a man named Souleye brought me out an ice cold water and greeted me with the friendliest smile! I normally hate getting my oil changed because I always get taken advantage of, but these guys truly impressed me! They got me in right away and were super efficient. Jack was so kind and knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. Javon and Gage did my oil change and safety check and they did a fantastic and quick job. They all had the most positive attitudes and you can tell they love what they do. I am so pleased with my experience and I will never be going to Vavoline again thanks to these guys!!!!
James was the manager on duty and he was amazing. I needed lots of things done and he worked with me so I got the best deal. Every time he touched my car with an employee around he would ask them if they knew how to do this. Then he’d show them by explaining simply and to the point. As a former teacher, this is exemplary coaching. His employees clearly respected him. They were all smiling and enjoying being there. I even heard him setting up an uber for his employee. Give this guy a bonus or raise because he makes the business better!!
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Joshua and James. Both were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service Joshua and James provided!
