I was there for service at around 9:00. One young (late 20’s) one older gentleman in his 60’s they were both very friendly and professional. Honoured my coupon. Weren’t trying to upsell me hard. Made suggestions and gave me the choice. Everything was clean, orderly and well maintained. Both had pride in their work. I am freshly retired from a blue collar job. I appreciate their attitude, and skill. New to the area will be back without a doubt!!
First time here and IAN and his team were amazing, made the whole experience smooth and painless. As a FEMALE knowing little about cars, coming alone can be challenging but again, super smooth. Will be coming back every single time! CALLED IN ADVANCE: to ensure there was availability to get my oil done. I have a SRT DURANGO and not everywhere has my oil. to which Ian informed me that the oil I have isn’t carried, which is O – 40 (he assured me that they have been ordered for next time) but i could get it down the road at AAP, easy, and they can handle the rest. IN AND OUT IN JUST A FEW MINUTES!!! Recommending everyone here instead of the one down the road form my house.
Incredible service start to finish. Greeted with fresh, ice cold water bottles right away, explained the entire process for someone new to having oil changed in a diesel engine right off the bat. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable in every step, questions answered fully and right away, and already planning to bring this and any other vehicles here, specifically to this location, as needed.
