Fast efficient oil change. The fellows working there were good representatives for Take Five. They found a mouse nest in my air cleaner which surprised me and asked if I wanted a new filter installed. I declined and wasn’t pressured into buying. I like doing some of my own work so I picked up a filter next day and put it in. At 79 years old I no longer feel up to crawling under the car to change the oil. Checked for leaks next day and found nothing so kudos to the boys at North Tamiami Trail and Take 5.
I stopped in for a quick oil change today. I worked with Tristan, Max and Nate. I can’t praise their speed and professionalism enough. They let me know of a few things that needed to be done soon but it wasn’t critical for today (I’m short on funds after moving). I wasn’t pushed to do it today and because of that, I’ll be back for all oil changes as well as the stuff they recommended when the time comes. Every other time I’ve gotten an oil change I’ve received an urgent estimate for some ridiculous amount of repairs, not here. Their honesty and efficiency have earned a customer for life. I will tell everyone I know to come here for their oil changes and the other services they provide. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these three gentlemen earned ten. (Polite, efficient, humorous, cordial, respectful)
Louie was great! The oil plug was put in crooked and the oil would have leaked out. He spoke with the staff and explained to them about putting the plug in correctly. He had to drain out all the new oil again and placed the oil plug in correctly and refilled the oil. He explained what had happened to me. He and the staff were efficient, kind and quick. They also reset my oil life meter! Visit them!
