Now I’ve been here almost 10 years! My son was changing my oil. I figured Billy wouldn’t be there . The 2 guys I had at 7 AM on Friday were great! I’ll be back! I moved here almost 2 years ago and met Billy. OMG he is so great. VERY nice and polite. He got moved to a different location and it happened to be on my way to work. So, I found him again. And now, he's back at the original location!! But, today I was able to get oil changed. I tipped him and he gave it to his co worker that's training. What a great guy! Hope Take 5 realizes it! And NO, he's not paying me to say this haha!!! Thanks Billy!!!!!
The team there did amazing as always! I go no where else. Mike was under the hood, Deion did the pit work and Michael was my safety check extraordinaire! They went over everything they were doing in real time, told me what they were charging BEFORE they charged me, and made sure my engine got the correct oil. Fast and friendly service; the team is composed of nothing but professionals and they all had a smile on, and where razzing on each other in such a friendly way as any group of guys who have each others back would! Going back, as always!
Nate the service Tech and Deion the Manager were nothing but Informative, Personal, and Helpful. I asked him for the step-by-step way to do the oil change on a car that I recently bought. They told me all the screw types sizes for the bolts and serial numbers for all the parts took the time to explain it all to me that way I can do the oil change myself next time. They treated me like family and Thanked me for my service in the Army and took the time to ask why I needed all the sizes for the bolts and I told them once I get under a car it’s hard to get back up because I broke my back in the Army. They gave my all the info I needed and recommended a roller board to get under the car easier. They made me feel like part of their family and treated me with nothing but respect I will forever go back to this location, especially since I had a bad time at the location down the street towards 30 one at that place they forgot to put down the oil gasket for the oil cap when they took it off, they lost the oil gasket, and I sprayed oil across my whole engine. Nothing but respect for these guys thank you so much. I fully recommend coming here. They offer you water before you even get in and treat you with respect.
