Chase, this guy was great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, all the things. Appreciate the help and will be back. Update: My appointment initially seemed to go well, but shortly after leaving, I noticed problems with my A/C that were not present before my visit. When I turned the A/C on, there was a loud, unusual noise, and the condensation underneath my vehicle was pouring out heavily, almost like a water faucet. I also had a coupon that I planned to use toward my service, but their scanner was down and they were unable to process it. I was told I could come back in a week or so to use the coupon. The problem was that my oil was due to be changed at that time, so coming back later was not a practical solution. I ended up paying full price despite having a valid coupon that I was unable to use because of their equipment issue. I returned the very next day to have the A/C issue addressed, only to be told there was nothing they could do. After investigating the problem myself, I discovered that the loud noise was coming from the cabin air filter. Their team had removed the filter during my service and failed to reinstall it correctly, causing the issue. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer service afterward. I called the office three separate times and was transferred to the customer service line each time. I waited on hold for over an hour each time and never received an answer. I paid over $100 for the service and left with a problem that I did not have when I arrived, while also being unable to use my coupon due to their scanner being down. I expected the work to be done correctly and, at the very least, expected the company to take responsibility when an issue occurred immediately after their service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Take 5 based on this experience. Poor workmanship, poor follow-up, and extremely disappointing customer service. I will not be returning.

Got my oil changed here they got me in and out quickly. I was working with the manager of the store. I believe his name was Adrian. He was super friendly and completed the 18 point inspection in a timely manner without naming names, I went to another oil change place before this, and they didn’t have my trucks oil filter so I came to this take five and I was in and out in a jiffy highly recommend them they do good work, will be back for the next one.

Chase and the rest of the crew was absolutely amazing with their service and knowledge! They were able to give us an oil change and diagnose what was wrong with the car to get us back on the road as quick as possible!
