Had a great experience getting my oil changed here! The two gentlemen who serviced my vehicle were polite, professional, and respectful from start to finish. They offered one additional service, which I declined, and they honestly pointed out that my vehicle didn't need the other checks, I really appreciated their integrity instead of just pushing unnecessary upsells. The service was fast, and I was in and out with no hassle. I paid around $100 for a full synthetic oil change, which is required for my car. Pro tip: make sure you look online for a coupon before you pull up; I found one and saved about $30! Highly recommend them for honest and efficient service.
Always quick and professional. This location's staff break down what they are checking and explain what they see with their diagnosis process and doesn't push if you're not looking to add services. Great at giving direction of car on, off, and when next to have a mid life visit and time for a true change again either via miles or time.
Dakota at Take 5 Oil Change was awesome. He was friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything without any pressure or upselling. It's hard to find people who are both knowledgeable and genuinely care about taking care of their customers, but Dakota definitely does. I really appreciated the great service and would absolutely recommend coming here if you want an honest, stress-free experience. Thanks again, Dakota!
