My Usual Location Didn't Have The Oil My Car Needs, Until Tomorrow. They Recommended The Valencia Location. So Todays Visit Was A First For Me. Which Was A Pleasant One. The Entire Team Was Very Professional And Provided Great Customer Service The Whole Time. Kay-C, Anthony, & The Team Made Sure We Were Taken Care Of & Understood What Was Being Done, As Well As Shared Recommendations For Future Visits. Best place to get your oil change by far. Aside from the afordable prices, qulity work, and in and out under 10 minutes. I gotta tell ya, these guys and gals' customer service is top-notch, very informative and thoughtful. I was a little dehydrated and sweating; these guys focused on me and gave me multiple bottles of water. They showed me a human side you rarely get with businesses these days. I left warm and fuzzy with my newly freshened up truck. So leaving a positive review was a no-brainer. Thank you again, guys! M.M
I went yesterday (valencia & midvale) to get my oil changed before a road trip. I also ended up needing a new cabin filter and to get my coolant changed. The guys on staff were phenomenal. Edui was so thorough and ended up having a better coupon on hand for me than the one I brought. Then he told me to come back today to double check the coolant cause it would have time to work the bubbles out and it might need to be topped off again. SO... I went back today and there was a woman I believe was the manager and another young man who were also amazing and went above and beyond. They topped off my coolant, double checked my tires since I'm going on a road trip and she even cleaned out the sides underneath my hood where junk from my tree had accumulated. They are so thoughtful and caring. I truly felt great leaving. They're new to my area but closer to me than where I used to go. The service is amazing, you have a new customer for life! Thank you, you have such a wonderful team!
