Take 5 was great! Convenient, very quick, great customer service and no pressure or attempts to sell me "brake light fluid". I am a woman and too many times have I tried to get a simple oil change and a mechanic wants to upsell me or talk down to me. They took care of my car, while I sat in it, answered any and all questions I had and even double checked each other's work. Kenzie, David and the rest of the crew were knowledgeable, friendly and quick! Reasonably priced and in the neighborhood. (Good location) Will be going back for my next service!
The staff here are excellent!! I came into town to move my college student back home. The change oil light came on the dash of my student’s SUV right before our drive back and I needed a quick oil change before hitting the highway. They had me in and out in no time. I see why it is called Take 5. The staff was friendly and customer service was superb. In addition, they topped off my fluids, checked tire pressures, and even cleaned my windshield. The vehicle is now ready for the journey back home. If you live in Tucson or need an oil change while visiting I highly recommend the Tale 5 on East Broadway. Thank you for your professionalism and service!
Adrian took great care of me, even though I came in just 30 minutes before closing. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure I understood all of my options without making me feel rushed. He offered to check my cabin air filters and also made sure I knew when I should plan to come back for my next recommended service. I was in and out quickly and really appreciated how thorough and helpful he was. Definitely will be back!
