Upon arrival, was greeted with a nice cold bottle of water. The young men were efficient with their work and was able to get me in and out within a reasonable time despite of being able to have my oil changed and radiator coolant flushed out and refilled with fresh antifreeze. They deserve much respect for being self sufficient taking care of business. Thanks to Ahmad and Rauchin for their dedicated service to keep our vehicles in top conditions 👏 Especially in the Tempe and metro valley area, it's important to keep your source of transportation in reliable running condition. May God give them the abilities to make a difference in people's lives through excellent customer service 🙏 Please give them a visit and keep your vehicles in top running condition..
I went to get an oil change, and it was suggested that I get a new air filter. No pressure! They showed me how dirty it was and the dirt that I was breathing in, so I said yes. They walked me through the entire process step by step like a dentist with a patient. They were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I received excellent service for a good price. I will return.
These are the most amazing group of people at this location!!!! The manager was very hands on and I can tell SHE was a great leader by the way she engaged with customers and because her employees were very communicative and appeared to trust her acknowledge. I was in town on business but will def take my vehicle there for needed service when scheduled.
