⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and even helped me make sure I was getting the best price possible. I never felt rushed or like they were trying to upsell me on anything. They got my battery installed quickly, made the whole process completely stress-free, and were just genuinely nice people to deal with. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and actually care about helping their customers. I will absolutely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. 10/10 experience!

They were short handed and quite a few cars ahead of me, the young man courteously let me know it would be some time before it was my turn. They offered me water while I waited. Elijah was amazing, very thorough. So initially I came in here and gave this place a five star review because it deserved it at the time. Elijah was amazing and service was amazing. Went here recently, same location 6 months later. They have different workers, who seem fairly young and maybe inexperienced. Needless to say, one of the employees stated they couldn't change my oil because my car had a blown head gasket. I immediately went into anxiety and stress out mode. They sent me on my way without further details. I went home and did my research. The cost of replacing a head gasket it almost the cost of a fairly good used car. My girlfriend, suggested I get a second opinion, which I did, and am glad because they were able to do an oil change and inspected my car. Turns out there is nothing wrong with my car, and this came from a licensed experienced mechanic. These places hire young inexperienced people. Beware when going here. I will not be returning.

I had such an amazing experience at Take 5 thanks to Spencer and Trace! They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I was driving from Arizona to San Diego and didn’t have time for a full oil change, but they took the time to check my oil, top it off, and look things over to make sure I didn’t have a leak all as a courtesy. They even showed me how to properly check my oil on my drive home and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. It’s rare these days to find employees who care this much and go above and beyond for a customer. Spencer and Trace truly provided outstanding customer service, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and honesty. Thank you both!!
