This was honestly the best oil change I’ve ever had..they were really honest and not pushy on anything else my car needed. They also have coupons! They took really good care of my car and made sure to update it so that it will let me know when I’m due again..it’s a really tricky process and every other place I’ve ever been to has never bothered to that extra step..but these guys and girl took the time to figure it out and get everything updated correctly. I’m super happy I stopped here! They are open late so I was able to go after work without having to rush. They took their time and were very informative they also do a lot of complementary stuff so I will definitely be returning!

My husband and I went for an oil change yesterday. It is a nice feature to be able to sit in the car while your vehicle is being serviced. An attendant, Oscar, came over and offered us both a bottle of cold water. On a day like that, it was appreciated. Here's the thing that really got me: we had been sitting in line, a car next to us. They didn't need a full service, so they left before going into the garage. They left, another car took its place. The person ahead of them finished and that car went right in. I saw it, made sense. Oscar came over and wanted to let us know what happened and why they were getting serviced before us, even though we had been waiting longer. That was customer service. Like, real customer service. These days, that behavior is a rare thing. Just letting us know that he saw what happened, we were not being ignored. That's attention to detail. The guys working that day were all friendly and polite. Adrian kept us informed of everything they were doing, what they found, and what they suggest for future maintenance. We normally do our own oil change but we had just gotten this vehicle and wanted a little more thorough service. So I'm not familiar with normal practices, but based on how most businesses handle their customers these days, I appreciated this. I hope they continue this behavior, because customers can be just as awful and try to beat this out of good workers. Keep up the good work guys and thank you!
