Christopher and Gabriel are, the only words to describe them would be rock stars! They treated me with the utmost respect, they did everything wonderful customer service providers should do that you could ever imagine and that is why I will never go anywhere else for an oil change or other things that you offer but at a take five. I used to go to the lake Havasu store, now I have moved to the Mesa area and I love them there as well. They’re amazing people and obviously take five is an amazing corporation to have such wonderful staff anywhere you go. If you’re in need of an oil change and you want the best service out there go to take five you’re never gonna go wrong there and they honor us as veterans which is top-notch in my book - thank you!! Thank you Christopher. Thank you Gabriel. I will be back in a couple of months. Thank you so much for everything. See you soon.
Ryan and Gabriel were both incredible! Patient, polite, and took all the time in the world to explain everything they were doing to my car in terms I could understand. They offered me services I was not offered last time I went, and were quick and efficient with their work. They were both so understanding about a not-so-great experience the last time I got an oil change, and made sure this time I felt confident and knew exactly what was happening as they were doing it. They were welcoming, kind, and put a huge smile on my face the whole time I was there. I will definitely be coming back to this location for Ryan and Gabriel. If I could give the both of them 10 stars, I would! Thank you so much to the both of you!
After going to Walmart and them not being able to change the oil in my 26 Hyundai Santa Fe because the car was too new… They suggested I go down to take five for the service is needed. Although almost doubled the cost, It took a total of 10 minutes for all services and then some to be performed and I had an exceptional experience with Joseph and Christopher.
