You wouldn't normally consider getting an oil change to be an enjoyable experience. It's different here! All because of the team of guys who took excellent care of my car today. Nick and Zach were my techs, they work as a team. Super knowledgable about cars, professional, honest, friendly and relaxed, you can tell they like each other and they like what they do. I started this morning at a different Take 5 that didn't open for whatever reason. I'm really glad for that because it lead me to the Sunset location which is now the shop I will always come to.
The customer service here is unmatched. Every employee i interacted with was so friendly. I didnt feel pressured to upgrade. They simply gave me info and let me choose. They also gave recommendations when I had questions but without being pushy. I highly recommend. My main interactions were with Zack and I think Nick (assistant manager). Hoping their boss knows they've got great employees!
They were extremely helpful! I had always taken my car to the dealership for oil changes and will definitely be going to Take 5 instead. The three guys that changed my oil were fast, polite and knowledgeable. I was curious about the machine they use to remove the oil, it looked like it belonged in a hospital, and they took the time to explain the machine's uses and how it's operated. I'll be going back soon for sure, I have 3 months to get a free top off on the air in my tires as well as the other fluids!
