Fast forward 2026 new crew I don't know any of these people only friendly one is the Hunter that steered me in. Pedro was funny acting saying I couldn't smoke asking how I was going to pay... saying there's always a 6 dollar service fee...he just had a bad vibe. Mgr Jacob is a new guy. Too much Sons of Anarchy testosterone now...my 1st time not honking when leaving. I hope Gabby is still at South 27th street because I'm not doing national anymore. Old review from 2025 Twin( ? )the mgr and his staff are amazing they are so knowledgeable and helpful im grateful they are close to my job
Another great experience at Take 5 oil change.. Pedro and Ivan did a Super job of not only changed my oil on my Denali, but also helped fix my back wiper blade on my rear window. They are very helpful and personal... This is why I keep coming back here... My wife's vehicle needs and oil change soon and will be back here in no time.. Greger.
Edit 2026: took a new (to me) car in for an oil change, everyone was super helpful as always! Even didn't make me feel stupid (even though *I* sure felt stupid) for not knowing certain things about my car. Also happy to see female staff. I have been coming here for years and have never had bad service here. Prices are reasonable and they seem very thorough. I never feel "upsold" inappropriately. Will continue to come here!
