EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 💯. UPON ARRIVAL IT SEEMED TO TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. HOWEVER, ONCE MY CAR WAS BEING SERVICED, MY MECHANIC TOMMY GAVE WONDERFUL SERVICE. TOMMY, ON 76TH STREET AND CAPITOL DRIVE IN MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN HAD JOKES, INFORMATION ABOUT MY VEHICLE. HE ASSISTED ME IN FINDING COUPONS ONLINE WHILE MY VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED. TOMMY IS A GENTLEMAN, A PROFESSIONAL WHO CARES ABOUT PEOPLE! HE'S NOT TOMMY FROM " THE MARTIN LAWRENCE SHOW "; HE'S TOMMY WITH A JOB AT "TAKE - 5 AUTOMOTIVE SHOP" IN MKE!! THANKS TOMMY
Update: I've now been to this establishment a couple more times. Always prompt. Yesterday, I was guided to the line that would be fastest based on service needs. I appreciated that very much. This is now my go-to oil change spot. Their prices are a bit higher, but I'll take it for the service. (2025,4-stars) This was my first time at this establishment. The gentlemen were mostly professional and attentive. The process didn't take long, and no one tried to oversell me once I expressed I was only there for an oil change. The service seems a little more expensive, but such is life. I very likely will go back.
I got my oil changed on a Monday morning, my phone was ringing with work quite a bit and connecting to my car making me a very annoying customer. Devon T preformed my oil change and was very patient and kind. In addition, when I arrived my car sounded like a cheap go cart, and when I left it was quiet. Devon I do not know what you did to fix that or if the problem was the car needed oil but I am beyond greatful for the quick and professional service I recieved.
