Excellent, even without spending a dime! Before pulling into the garage, I was greeted by a friendly, professional technician who offered me a bottle of chilled water. After parking in the garage, I was offered services. My low tires air pressure warning light was on so that’s all I needed them to check. They happily checked all 4 tires & 2 were seriously low on air. All 4 tires were inflated to the correct PSI. They didn’t try to pressure me into spending money. The service they provided was free. I was treated in a professional, caring, helpful manner from start to finish. I highly recommend this business!
They didn't try to convince me to do any unnecessary maintenance. They also were great about applying coupons and discounts for being a new customer. One of the biggest saving graces they provided was after they were all done servicing my vehicle. I found out my battery was on its last leg a couple days prior, but was out of town and had nowhere to get it replaced on a weekend and unfortunately my battery is not at all easy to access and simply switch out on my own. I was confident in making it home that day. Anyway, when it came time to start my car, it wouldn't. I was mortified and didn't expect it. It had been starting just fine after my first jump 2 days prior. They were very nice and understanding about it and one of the guys drove his vehicle around and gave me a jump. Just like all their services, I never had to leave my car. They were very knowledgeable about my more complex and not so practical setup under the hood. It was a happy coincidence, but because of this jump start I figured out that I did not have any blown fuses as I had been fearing from the first jump and that it was definitely just the battery and not my alternator. As embarrassing as it was, I figured out that I didn't have anymore extensive and pricey repairs ahead other than the battery and drove my last 3 hours back home relaxed with my new found peace of mind.
The gentleman that were there working were very knowledgeable about my vehicle, even explained the difference between the different types of oil and told me what would work best! Friendly and respectful, would definitely go there again! Explained things about my vehicle in a way I could understand, very knowledgeable and efficient! Would definitely recommend this place!
