On July 22nd I pulled up to the Take 5 on University Ave in Green Bay with a rental from Hertz that needed an oil change. Nathan and the crew helped me out even when the customer service representative from Hertz was super rude to Nathan while on speaker phone with me and him. Nathan handled it like a professional and serviced the vehicle with his crew in an outstanding way. Hope Hertz would be that easy to deal with.
Came here for a quick oil change. They explained the prices thoroughly beforehand, gave me a new air filter, unfortunately they broke the clamp for it due to rust however they took 15$ off my order to make it right. Great Place, and people were very kind and sociable, they even gave me a water bottle before pulling in.
Nathan and Chris are the best! No seriously, the way they've helped me out has been spectacular. They always give me good service are kind and courteous and go out of their way to make sure my time at Take 5 is a pleasant one. They've gone above and beyond to help me with my high mileage vehicle and I am very grateful! If you're not sure where to take your car for an oil change, don't hesitate! Come to the Take 5 on University in Green Bay. Thank you guys!
