I have never had such a great experience getting my oil changed. The staff (Joseph and Jen) were so professional and thorough! Joseph explained everything that he was doing and why he was recommending certain parts or services so I could make an educated decision. Beyond the great service, Joseph took the time to talk to me. The whole process was so quick and enjoyable. I will go back in the future and hopefully will have the Joseph and Jen team. Highly recommend!!!!!
Justin and his team were amazing when I came in. Took less than 20 minutes. He thoroughly explained to me the benefits of the oil change options and other recommendations. Paid a fair price for new air filter, fully synthetic, and a premium filter. They also did an inspection to make sure I had no leaks and replaced my drain cap. Even offered me a bottle of water on a hot day. Go support these guys. Great location and will be back for my next change.
Jake exemplified the best of customer service! Brought my car that has been stored for almost a year in for oil change before driving and he offered to just check quality/status of my oil and told me it was fine, no need for oil change. Proceeded to check all my fluids, tire pressure, replaced Missing valve caps and even washed my windows! A pleasure meeting Jake and Take 5 should realize what a gem they have! NO charge!
