Mike and "Haley"? I believe at the Brown Deer location were so accommodating given it was my 1st time here and I don't speak "car". They not only didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but guided me through the best service for the condition of the car I drive. 100% friendliest service ever! They even provided a fan so we didn't sweat to death in the 90° heat! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
Hailey was amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She answered all my questions & helped me choose the best option for my vehicle. The service was quick and convenient and they even gave me a bottle of water while I waited.
