I’m at Brookfield NOW, I guess the 3rd time is the charm… Thank you to Rey for providing good service after too frustrating attempts at the Wauwatosa location that closed at 5:45 PM when advertised open till 8 PM and the 76 inch Location, where the service was good, but the compressors were broke. Single woman with kid in the car, and the oil check light pops on shouldn’t be this hard to get the oil changed, but I’m appreciative for running into some good service at the end of a frustrating day.
took our excursion in for an oil change. the tech pulled the dipstick out, cleaned the dipstick, and then jammed it in so hard, that the dipstick tube broke off. at first the owner was apologetic and seemed interested in helping, but then said we should take him to small claims court to get reimbursed.
The guys are always super friendly and make the whole process quick and easy! I’m usually out of there in about 5-10 minutes, and the free bottle of water is a nice bonus. They also seem to have coupons available all the time. Highly recommend!
