I was greeted by the manager on duty who took care of me right away. He explained the options for oil and checked out my filters and wipers which I appreciated; he recommended the lower priced oil for my vehicle which is a rare thing these days! He was mentoring another service person who was working on the car too. The whole team seemed to be busy and happy. The vibe was upbeat and welcoming- they even helped me with a discount coupon for $20. I’ll be back!!
I came here today 9/4 to get an oil change. I usually go to VALVOLINE but stopped here because I was driving by and needed an oil change. The service was amazing. It’s hot so the gentleman gave me a bottled water. All of the technicians were professional and kind. They didn’t try to sell me things. Really great to see so many Black men working hard with care and kindness. Way to go.
I’m at Brookfield NOW, I guess the 3rd time is the charm… Thank you to Rey for providing good service after too frustrating attempts at the Wauwatosa location that closed at 5:45 PM when advertised open till 8 PM and the 76 inch Location, where the service was good, but the compressors were broke. Single woman with kid in the car, and the oil check light pops on shouldn’t be this hard to get the oil changed, but I’m appreciative for running into some good service at the end of a frustrating day.
