I was there the evening of 5/28/25 and I was very impressed. I worked with Brian and Jeff. Not only were they friendly, but more importantly they knew what they were talking about. They didn’t try to push extra products or unnecessary services. They even offered me a water! The pricing was very clear as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I was told if anything comes up I can always stop back to see if they could help. After an unpleasant experience at the Valvoline location in Bellevue, WI (by Costco) this was refreshing and helped he re-gain confidence in the drive through oil change service. Keep up the good work!
Not only do they do a quick job of changing my oil, I enjoy myself every time I go there. I like talking to the guys and they are always happy to answer my questions. I had Kyle and John on my last trip and they not only took care of everything, but they also gave me tips on how much air pressure to put in my tires, which was much appreciated. I joked with my wife that I want to bring a lawn chair and a beverage and just hang out there with them and learn more about cars. They do a good job and they're a fun hang as well.
Go to this Take 5 an never have a complaint. Especially like that everything is explained before job is completed. Technicians are knowledgeable an pleasant. Highly recommend this Take 5.
