I am skeptical of all these quick lube places from prior negative experiences, but a friend recommended Take 5 so I gave it a try. I’m so glad I did! All of the young gentlemen working were so friendly and welcoming. Being greeted with a cold bottle of water on a hot day was a much appreciated touch. They were very thorough and professional in communication, without being too pushy about add on services. The service I needed was expeditious without feeling rushed. Give them all raises! The price for a basic oil change and filter is $45, which I found extremely reasonable. They also checked and topped off the other fluids. I also had a $25 coupon, so only $20! Unreal! As a woman you can count on being made to feel vulnerable and scammed with automotive experiences. How refreshing to have the opposite experience for once! Will definitely make this my go to!
The technicians over at the take 5 at the mall are spectacular individuals. They are professionals, they provide top quality customer service, and they do know what they're doing. When it comes to performing, the maintenance is that they're offering. I've watched personally watched them become better. Technicians, as i've gone to them more frequently, they're not afraid to admit that they need to correct a mistake and they truly do care about providing the best service that they can for the community.
My first time getting an oil change here. Usually I go to Clearwater and get my car washed too. Usually around $70. However I was running errands and had a time slot to fill in between them, and this business location was convenient. Staff was friendly, right from the start till the end. Took over 30 minutes, not sure if that is normal or not? I honestly thought it be quicker, we did have to add me to their system for being a first timer but that only took 2min. I chose the mid priced oil due to my many highway miles I do commuting to work, it was recommended. Being a new car I want to make it last and take good care of it. My total after tax was $122.36 So a bit higher than I usually pay.
