I had a great experience getting my oil change here. I was promptly greeted when I arrived and given a bottle of water and a snack for my child. The staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. The service was quick, yet they were still very thorough while they worked on my vehicle, and they didn’t try to pressure me into any unnecessary add-ons, which I really appreciated. I have visited this location multiple times now and have received nothing but great service that makes me want to return.
From the moment we pulled up the service was exceptional. Two bottles of cold water were brought to my son and I. The guys showed me everything that needed done was going to be done and explained how they knew and even showed me. While doing the work they showed step by step the things and amounts taken out and put back in. The guys were so kind and friendly. I felt more secure as a vehicle owner knowing there were people like this who were doing honest work. I will definitely be back!
I've gone to Walmart for years for oil changes. NEVER had a good experience. Walmart told me yesterday they have never carried my oil filter...not sure how they've been doing it in the past. Just went for convenience but always a horrible experience. Then I found this place. Good lord where have you guys been my whole life? Curious if they actually change your oil? Watch them do it from sitting inside your car. No questions need asked. So fast. So convenient. Made a lifetime customer yesterday. (Veterans and healthcare workers are discounted btw...wasn't needed but excellent bonus)
